Enjoy free standard shipping on all ARTREEN clothing apparel orders totaling $159 USD or more.

International Orders

For customers in countries outside the U.S. purchasing with non-USD currencies:

Order values must convert to $159 USD or more to qualify for free shipping
Exchange rates are calculated based on the daily international exchange rate (reference table provided for estimation purposes only)


Standard Shipping Fees

Orders below $159 USD:
A $9.99 USD shipping fee applies to all orders.

For customers shopping in countries or regions using non-USD currencies, international shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the converted USD amount.

Shipping Tracking

You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail or contact service@artreen.com

If your order has multiple items, due to availability in various warehouses, they may be shipped from multiple locations and/or arrive in different packages on different dates. We understand that receiving items separately can be inconvenient, but we want to assure you that we are doing everything in our power to make sure your order is fulfilled as quickly and efficiently as possible.

When your Order ships out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email from service@artreen.com with your tracking number included in it. Once you receive the email, enter your tracking number below to easily check on your delivery status.

Things To Keep In Mind:
Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. Tracking maybe be updating within a few business days. Thank you for your understanding.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE
Please note that it might take longer during the Holiday Season to receive your orders. All orders are shipped without delays on our end and returns are processed as usual. If you do experience slight delivery delays please be patient, since most shipping services are dealing with increased demands. If you need to check the status of your order, please contact service@artreen.com

WRONG ADDRESS
We know mistakes do happen! Please email us immediately! We can only fix this for you if the order has not been shipped out yet.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact service@dd-fit.com

DUTIES AND TAXES
We ship all orders through our own logistics network, allowing us to manage the entire delivery process more efficiently and reliably.

All orders placed on our website are shipped duty-paid, meaning customers do not need to pay any additional customs duties or import taxes upon delivery.

If you prefer a faster or designated express shipping method such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS, please contact our customer service team in advance to confirm availability and shipping costs.

Please note:

Express shipping fees are not included and must be paid by the customer

Any additional costs related to the selected express carrier will be confirmed with you before shipment
