Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment begins.
If the cancellation is successful, a full refund will be issued.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

1. Size & Fit Disclaimer

ARTREEN pieces are designed with oversized silhouettes, layered structures, and unique cuts. Fit may vary depending on individual body shape and styling preferences.

Before placing an order, we strongly recommend checking the size chart provided on each product page and comparing it with your own measurements.

Please pay attention to key measurements such as:

Shoulder width
Chest
Waist
Hip
Length
Sleeve length

Our size recommendations are based on general customer feedback and styling experience, but personal preference and body proportions may affect the final fit.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges


We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

(1) Product Issues

Returns or exchanges are accepted if the item has:

Manufacturing defects
Damage upon arrival
Incorrect item received
Missing items

For confirmed quality-related issues, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide an appropriate solution.

(2) Size-Related Requests

For non-quality-related size exchanges or returns:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
Original tags and packaging must remain intact
Requests must be made within 14 days after delivery

Please note:

Worn, washed, altered, or damaged items cannot be returned
Limited edition or customized items may not be eligible for return or exchange

(3) Special Circumstances

If the item does not fit as expected despite following the size chart carefully, please contact our support team.

We will review each case individually and do our best to provide a suitable solution.

3. Important Notes

Return/exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
Items must remain in resalable condition
Set items must be returned as a complete set

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

Tags have been removed or damaged
The item shows signs of wear, washing, or alteration
There are stains, odors, or visible damage caused by the customer

4. Return Shipping Costs

For quality-related issues, return shipping costs are covered by us
For non-quality-related returns or exchanges, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us.


5. Return Process

Required Information

Please provide:

Order number
Item(s) to be returned or exchanged
Reason for return or exchange
Photos (if applicable)

After reviewing your request, our customer service team will provide the return instructions and return address.

Important

Please do not send any return packages without prior confirmation.

Unauthorized returns may not be processed or refunded.

6. Exchange Process


Before Exchange

Please contact us via online chat or service@artreen.com before returning any items.

Do not send items back without receiving confirmation from our support team.

Exchange Conditions
Exchanges cannot be modified or canceled once confirmed
Please include your order number inside the return package
After shipping the return package, please provide the tracking number

Replacement items will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. Address Correction Notice


If you notice an incorrect or incomplete shipping address within 24–48 hours after placing your order, please contact us immediately.

Before shipment, we can update the address in our system.

Once the order has been processed or shipped from our warehouse, address changes may no longer be possible.
